Talent Bureau was born out of her passion to upgrade the level of HR Consultancy in Africa by providing services that go beyond the basics.

She has worked with top-notch companies, major brands, and medium-sized companies within the Telecoms, IT, Banking, Oil and Gas, and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industries in Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, Kenya, and 10 other African countries. She has also worked with multinational companies in the UK, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland – Geneva, Germany, and in the US. Having successfully helped both local and international companies achieve their recruitment and talent optimization objectives, she has driven their profitability and competitiveness.

Felicia is passionate about helping professionals position themselves in today’s competitive digital marketplace; she currently helps professionals, from fresh graduates looking to start off their career through their first placements, to C-suite Executives who want more out of their careers. She coaches students and young graduates on how to master the toughest interview questions and how to handle the most bizarre interview situations; all with confidence and poise.

She is driven by the desire to improve the employability status of Graduates and job seekers in general and over the years, she has offered free Employability and Interview Skills training focused on empowering and equipping job seekers, thereby addressing employability issues. She has also partnered with Organisations, Universities and Secondary Schools to organise Career Fairs and Youth Empowerment programs.

Her women empowerment and skill-building workshops (now webinars) focus on advancing women in business and in their careers with the objective of transforming, motivating, and equipping them with the skills, knowledge, ability, credibility, integrity, and confidence required to thrive as business leaders.
