Talent Bureau Limited was founded by Felicia Odumosu, an astute HR Consultant who has successfully helped many local and international companies achieve their recruitment and talent optimization objectives and as a result driven their profitability and competitiveness in their various industries. Her experience before Talent Bureau includes work with leading HR firms like Antal International, SystemSpecs and Careers Nigeria.
Talent Bureau was born out of the need to upgrade the level of HR Consultancy in Africa by providing services that go beyond the basics. From Chief Technical Officers, Chief Marketing Officers, Financial Directors, Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management to Head, Financial Management, Regional Sales Manager or Head, Corporate Sales. Talent Bureau Limited, has consistently and successfully placed candidates in diverse executive positions
